Section 15: Office and meetings of the Board

Sanwariaji Temple Board Act, 1992State Act of Rajasthan · Act 8 of 1992

(1)The office of the board shall be at Mandphia, District Chittorgarh.

(2) The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be five.

(3) Every meeting of the Board shall be presided over by the President and in his absence by a member to be chosen by the members present to preside for the occasion.

(4) Questions arising at a meeting of the Board shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present there and voting and, in every case of quality of votes, the President or the person presiding shall have and exercise a casting vote.
