Section 20: Chief Executive Officer

Sanwariaji Temple Board Act, 1992State Act of Rajasthan · Act 8 of 1992

(1) The State Government shall appoint a person professing the Hindu religion to be the Chief Executive Officer of the temple.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall be a whole-time officer of the temple and shall be paid out of the temple fund such salary as the State Government may from time to time fix.

(3) The other conditions of service of the Chief Executive Officer shall be such as may be determined by the State Government.

(4) The Chief Executive Officer shall, subject to the control of the Board, have general power to carry out the provisions of this Act.

(5) He shall also act as Secretary to the Board.
