Section 7: Term of Office of the Members

Sanwariaji Temple Board Act, 1992State Act of Rajasthan · Act 8 of 1992

The members of the Board, other than the Ex-officio members thereof, shall, subject to the provisions of section 8, 9 and 11 hold office for a period of three years from the date of their nomination :

Provided that the outgoing members shall continue to hold office till the reconstitution of the Board.
