Section 10: Officers and Authorities of the University.

The following shall be the Officers and authorities of the University, namely:-

(a) Officers of the University-

(i) the Vice-Chancellor;

(ii) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;

(iii) the Registrar;

(iv) the Comptroller;

(v) the Estate Officer;

(vi) the Dean of Student Welfare;

(vii) the Deans of Faculties; and

(viii) such other persons in the service of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University.

(b) Authorities of the University-

(i) the Advisory Council;

(ii) the Board of Management;

(iii) the Academic Council;

(iv) the Faculties;

(v) the Board of Studies;

(vi) the Finance Committee; and

(vii) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
