RAJASTHAN SCHOOLS (Regulation of Fees) RULE 2017State Rules of Rajasthan · 2016

(1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) "Act" ineans the Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016, (Act No. 14 of 2016);

(b) "Form" means Form appended to these rules: and

(2) The words and expressions used but not defined in thesce rules shall have the same meanings as assigned to them in the Act.
