The Schocl Level Fee Commmittee shall. in addiion lo the powers and functions specificd in the Act. discharge the following duties and pertorm the following iuncticns, name'y:-
(a) to oversee the compliance of lhe provisions of the Act and ruls made.their undcr;
(b) to take dceision on proposals received from Managemenl, ivgarding determination of fee wilhin time specified in sub-section (3) of section 6 of the Act: and
(e) to liake available nccUSsary documents to he Divisional Fee Regulatory Comnittee or Revision Committce. as the case mav be.

7. Meeting of the Schocl Leve! Fee Committee:
(1) The Chairperson of the Schocl Level Fee Comnittee shall call the meetings of the Sclhool Level l'ee Comnittee. The Sceretary of the committce shall issue notice of imeeiing to the niembers of the School Level Fee Comnittee in Form-I. The notice shall be issued fifteen dauys before the date of meeting.
(2)The notice shall be sent to each mcmber of the School Leveł Fee Committee by registered post or delivered through any other mode.
The acknowledgenent of notice shall be preserved for a period of one year.
(3) No business shall be transacted in the meeting of the School Level Fee Comnittee uniess four members are present out of which at least two shall be the parent members of the School Levet Fee Commitlee.
If there is no quorum, the Chairjerson of the School Level Fee Committee shall adjourn the meeting. The adjourned meeting shall be recalled again after the lapse of ten days from the date of the meeting which is adjourned.
(4) The Secretary of the School Level Fee Committee shall prepare minutes of the meeting and circulate the same to all the members within fifteen days from the date of the neeting.
(5) The minutes of the meeting shall be made available to the District Education Officcr or Deputy Director concerned, as and when required.
(6) If a parent mcmber is absent for three consecutive meetings, his membership shall be deemed to be cancelled and such vacancy shall be filled in by lottery. trom amongst the applications received for that academic year under rule 5.
