Section 16: Chairman

The Rajasthan Secondary Education Act 1957State Act of Rajasthan · Act 42 of 1957

(1) The Chairman of the Board shall be nominated by the State Government from among a panel of three persons recommended by a Committee consisting of two persons nominated by the Board and one person nominated by the State Government, who shall act as Convener of the said Committee.

(2) The Chairman so nominated shall hold office for a term of three years from the date on which he assumes charge of the office and shall be eligible to be re-nominated for a second term.
