Section 6: Terms of office of Members

The Rajasthan Secondary Education Act 1957State Act of Rajasthan · Act 42 of 1957

Members, other than ex-officio members of the Board, shall hold office for a term of three years from the date of a notification published under section 8.

Provided that even after the said period of three years such members shall continue to hold office till their successors have been notified under section 8.
