Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Rajasthan settlement committees for Development authorities Rules 2018State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) These ruies may be called the Rajasthan Settlement Committees fur Development Authorities Rules,

2018.

(2) Tney shall extent to the urban areas for which a Development Authority has been constituted in the Staie of Rajasthan.

(3) They shall come into force at once.
