Section 20: Other officers

(1) The University may appoint such other officers as may be necessary for its functioning.

* The Rajasthan Private University’s Law (Amended) Act, 2010 (No. 15 of 2010), the existing expression of “Chancellor”, “Vice-Chancellor” and “Pro-Vice-Chancellor” be substituted with “Chairperson”, “President” and “Pro- President” respectively Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] ekpZ 29] 2008 39 (42)

(2) The manner of appointment and powers and functions of such officers shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
