Section 10: Infrastructure support

The Rajasthan Special Economic Zones Act, 2015State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 2016

(1) The State Government may provide access infrastructure upto SEZ, either on its own or under a concession granted by the State Government.

(2) The State Government may provide such other infrastructure upto SEZ in the State as it may consider appropriate having regard to the specific requirements of a particular SEZ.
