Section 16: Representation in the Board of Approval and the Approval Committee

The Rajasthan Special Economic Zones Act, 2015State Act of Rajasthan · Act 1 of 2016

(1) The Secretary in charge of the Industries Department, Government of Rajasthan shall be the ex-officio nominee of the State in the Board of Approval.

(2) The Member-Secretary of the SEZ Development Committee shall be the ex-officio nominee of the State in the Approval Committee.
