Section 20: Inspection of records

(i) A person may apply for ‘ction of records of the appellate authority.

2) The form of application and fee for the inspection of records shall be sime as specified in rile 208 of the General Rules (Civil), - The fee shall be deposited in the fund of the Regional Developm Yuthority. No fee shall be charged from the Regional Jevelopient Auihority or the State Government, :

The app: * authority may allow, on application under subtule (1), inspection of records on same terms and conditions and in wdine manner as specified, for the inspection of records, in Chapter-TX of the General Rules (Civil), 1986.

(4) Every application under sub-rule (1) shall be entered in a register.
