Section 12: Menner of disposal of land by Regicnai Development: Authority

(1) The Siate Government may, subject to any general or specific terms and conditions as it may impose, from time to time, approve the rnanner for disposal of land under section 27 of the Act proposed by the Regional Development Authority, with or without any modifications, as it may consider appropriate.

(2) The. State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that the provisions,of the Rajasthan Improvement Trust (Disposal of Urban Land) Rules, 1974 with such modifications and alterations, as the State Government considers appropriate, applicable for disposal of land by the -Regional Development Authority.
