Section 17: Rate of lease rent t o be charged Rajasthan Special Investment Regions rules, 2017 State Rules of Rajasthan · 2016
(1) For t he purpose nvestment Region, - of fixing rate of ieuse rent of land in a Special T Jand is divided into foll owing categories:-’
(i) Agriculwre (i1) Residentia]
(iii) Institutional @iv) Industrial
(v) Commercial and any category of land other than the categories mentio above.
(2) The rates of lcase rent the rate as mentioned against for each category wo uld be charged at ach category in the Sc hedule-i1 H ned in clause (1)
(ii),(iii) and (iv) - x g = 179(22) ISR ¥[G4, a9 01, 2018 T 4 (1)
(3) The lease rent shail be recoverable from the lessee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the lease.
