Section 6: Registration of Sports Associations

The Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005State Act of Rajasthan · Act 4 of 2005

(1) After the Registrar is satisfied that the proposed Sports Association complies with the provisions of this Act, he may, within thirty days from the date of receipt of application, register the Sports Association together with its bye-laws and issue a certificate thereof under his hand and seal.

(2) If the Registrar finds that the requirement of sub-section (1) is not satisfied, he may, after giving a fifteen days’ notice to the applicant and an opportunity of being heard, pass appropriate order.
