Section 28: Finance Committee

The Rajasthan Sports University, Jhunjhunu Act, 2013State Act of Rajasthan · Act 31 of 2013

(1) The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-

(a) the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;

(b) the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Finance Department, or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government;

(c) the Principal Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Youth Affairs and Sports Department, or his nominee not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the Government;

(d) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor;

(e) one member of the Board, to be nominated Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] flrEcj 16] 2013 41¼61½ 61 by the Board from amongst its non-official members;

(f) two professors, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board; and

(g) the Comptroller, who shall be the Member- Secretary of the Committee.

(2) The term of office of the members nominated under clauses (e) and (f) shall be two years.
