The applicant shall on receipt of the allotment order communicate his acceptance in form IE (5) to the Deputy Director (Infra)/Resident Engineer or any other officer authorised by the Corporation, within 15 days or such period as may be extended by the Corporation for reasons to be recorded in writing, failing which the earnest money shali be liable to be forfeited, The applicant shall also indicate his choice, if the said allotted shed is required on lease basis or on hirepurchase basis.
