Section 13: Authority to be bound by directions of the State Government

The Rajasthan State Bus Terminal Development Authority Act, 2015State Act of Rajasthan · Act 19 of 2015

Without prejudice to the other provisions of this Act, the Authority in discharge of its functions and duties under this Act, be bound by such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as the State Government may give to it in writing from time to time.
