Section 7: Decisions to be taken by the Commission

Rajasthan State Commission for Women RegulationsState Regulations of Rajasthan · 1999

All decisions with respect to performance of all or any of the function referred to in section 11 of the Act shall be taken in a meeting of the Commission:

Provided that, if in the opinion of the Member Secretary any case requires immediate approval of Commission, she may get the approval of the Members and the Chairperson by circulation.
