Section 12: Cessation of Membership

An ordinary member will cease to be a member; 12.1 On resignation (If permitted by the Register);

12.2 On liquidation;

12.3 On expulsion;

12.4 On failure to fulfill the obligations mentioned in the bye-laws No. 13.

12.5 On failure to pay shares and/or debentures as called upon by the Board as per the provisions of the bye-laws.

12.6 If it has less than two lakh units dealing through the Federation continuously for three years.

12.7 An ordinary member, ceasing to be a member, shall be entitled to receive back the amount not exceeding the actual sum paid by it. On account of shares after two years.
