Section 11: Fee payable by candidates

(1) On or before the date appointed for the receipt of nomination papers, each candidate wishing to stand for election shall pay to the 153 ¼53½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] flrEcj 23] 2008 Hkkx 4 ¼x½ Returning Officer of fee of one thousand rupees in cash or by Demand Draft payable to Registrar, Rajasthan State Dental Council at Jaipur and no candidate shall be deemed to be duly nominated unless such fee has been paid.

(2) The fee so paid shall be credited to the Council and shall not in any circumstances be refundable.
