Section 26: Powers and duties of the President and Vice-President

(1) The President shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as are contained in the provision of the Act and the rules made there under. He shall do such acts as he considers necessary in the furtherance of the objects for which the Council is established.

(2) If the office of the President is vacant or if the President for any reason is unable to exercise the powers or perform of duties of his office, the Vice-President will act in his place and shall exercise the powers and perform the duties of the President.

(3) The term of office of President & Vice-President shall be as given in section 25 of the Act.
