Section 39: Observation by a member

Rajasthan State Dental Council Act-2008State Rules of Rajasthan · 1948

(1) A member desiring to made any observations on the matter before the Council shall speak from his place, shall rise when he speaks, and shall address the President.

(2) If at any time the President rises, any member speaking shall immediately resume his seat.

(3) No member shall be heard except upon the business before the Council.
