Section 50: Placing of report of the observations and discussions of a meetings

A report shall be kept of the observations and of the discussions at the meetings of the Council in as accurate a manner as possible for the use of the members of the Council. The detailed proceedings of the meeting which shall be treated as 'Confidential' shall be kept in the office and shall be open to members for inspection. A copy of the proceedings in whole or in part shall be supplied to any member who may apply for it. Such copy 153 ¼68½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] flrEcj 23] 2008 Hkkx 4 ¼x½ shall be marked Confidential and be supplied on the payment of a sum not exceeding the cost of copying fixed by the President. No copy of proceedings held in closed chamber shall be supplied but such proceedings may be inspected by the members.
