Section 53: Quarum

Rajasthan State Dental Council Act-2008State Rules of Rajasthan · 1948

(1) Three members of the Executive Committee shall form a quorum and, at a meeting adjourned for want of quorum, no quorum shall be necessary.

(2) if at the time appointed for a meeting, a quorum is not present the meeting shall not commence until a quorum is present and if a quorum is not present on the expiration of 30 minutes Goth the ac appointed for the meeting or during the course of any meeting, in meeting shall stand adjourned to such future date and time as the President may appoint
