(1) A registered person may himself make an application for the removal of his name from the register. The application shall be accompanied by a declaration made by the applicant, that he is not 153 ¼72½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] flrEcj 23] 2008 Hkkx 4 ¼x½ aware of any proceedings or reasons fo the removal of his name from the register or in depriving him of a licence entitling him to be registered
(2) Every such application shall first be referred by the Registrar to the authority who ranted the applicant his qualification or qualifications to ascertain whether there is any valid objection to such removal.
(3) The Registrar shall bring such application before the next meeting of the State Council or the Executive Committee will consider the application and the Chairman may put the question for the views of the State Council or the Executive Committee whether the applicant's name may be removed from the Register.
(4) If the State Council or the Executive committee agrees for such removal, the Registrar shall remove the applicant's name from the register and send notice of such removal to the applicant by a registered letter.
