Section 91: Offence under the Act.

(1) If information is received by the registrar that an offence under the Act has been committed or if there is a complaint, require the complainant to produce by means of a written statement or otherwise, prime facie proof of the matters complained of.

(2) The Registrar shall bring the matter in the notice of President and shall put before the Council, who may if decide that the case is one in which Prosecution should be instituted, take necessary action under the Act.
