Section 27: Non-recurring expenditure to be treated as capital of the Authority

The terms and conditions, subject to which all non-recurring expenditure incurred by or for the State Government for or in connection with the purposes of any state highway or any section thereof vested in, or entrusted to, the Authority, shall be treated as capital provided by the State Government to the Authority, shall be such as may be specified by the State Government in the notification published under section 55.
