Section 6: Rule of construction

The Rajasthan Statutory Rules and Orders (Extension) Act, 1957State Act of Rajasthan · Act 40 of 1957

For the purpose of facilitating the application of any rule, regulation, notification, bye law or order referred to in section 4, any court or other authority may construe the same with such alterations, not affecting the substance, as may be necessary or proper to adapt it to the matter before the court or other authority.
