Section 7: Record of street vendors, how to be maintained

( l)The Town Vending Committee at its office shall maintain all necessary records as · are required to be maintained by it under the Act and these rules and also a soft copy duly updated into its computer system.

(2)All records relating to allotment of space to street _vendors shall be - preserved at least for five years and beyond that till the period of ·: ____ �_: :� - -: currency of their licenses and for such further period in cases where any litigation with regard to any place is pending.

(3)All records including maps, road plan_s showing existing site of street vending shall be a permanent record of Town Vending Committee.
