Section 40: Regulation of Pay, Leave, Allowances, Pension etc.

40. Regulation of Pay, Leave, Allowances, Pension etc.- Except as provided in these rules, the pay allowances, pension, leave and other conditions of service of the members of the Service, shall be regulated by- (i) The Rajasthan Service Rules, 1951, as amended from time to time; (ii) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules. 1958, as amended from time to time; (iii) The Rajasthan Traveling Allowance Rules, 1971, as amended from time to time; (iv) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1971, as amended from time to time; (v) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996, as amended from time to time; (vi) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay Scale for Government Polytechnic College Teachers) Rules, 1999 and 2001 as amended from time to time; (vii) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay Scale for Government Polytechnic Colleges Librarian and Physical Training Instructor) Rules, 2003 as amended from time to time; (viii) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Contributory Pension) Rules, 2005; *(ix) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay Scales for Government Polytechnic College Teachers, Librarians and Physical Training Instructors) Rules, 2010, as amended from time to time; and (x) Any other rules prescribing general conditions of Service made by the appropriate Authority under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and for the time being in force.
