39. Regulation of Pay, Leave, Allowances, Pension etc.- Except as provided in these rules, the pay allowances, pension, leave and other conditions of service of the members of the Service, shall be regulated by- (i) The Rajasthan Service Rules, 1951, as amended from time to time; (ii) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules. 1958, as amended from time to time; (iii) The Rajasthan Traveling Allowance Rules, 1971, as amended from time to time; (iv) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1971, as amended from time to time; (v) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996, as amended from time to time; (vi) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay Scale) Rules, 1998 as amended from time to time; (vii) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Contributory Pension) Rules, 2005; * Substituted for " A probationer shall be confirmed in his/her appointment at the end of his/her period of probation if- (a) he/she has passed the departmental examination and has successfully undergone such training, as Government may from time to time, specify; (b) he/she has passed departmental test of proficiency in Hindi; and (c) the Appointing Authority is satisfied that his integrity is unquestionable and that he is otherwise fit for confirmation." vide Notification No. F. 1(2)DOP/A-II/10 dated 07.02.2017 (viii) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 as amended from time to time; *(ix) The Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay Scales for Government Non-Engineering Polytechnic Colleges Teachers) Rules, 2013, as amended from time to time. „(x)‟ Any other rules prescribing general conditions of Service made by the appropriate Authority under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and for the time being in force.
