Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974State Act of Rajasthan · Act 5 of 1974

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act. 1974.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.

(3) It shall come into force in such area or areas and on such date or dates as the State Government may, be notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
