Section 10: Repeal and Saving

Tourist Assistance Force Regulations 2013State Regulations of Rajasthan · 2010

All instructions, guidelines which were issued in the past, and which are inconsistent with these regulations shall stand repealed on and from the date of commencement of these regulations and the provisions of the Rajasthan General Clauses Act, 1955 (Act No. 8 of 1955) shall apply to such repeal.
