(1) The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences Ordinance, 2004 (Ordinance No. 9 of 2004) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, all actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been taken or made under thisAct.
