Section 4: Jurisdiction

The Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Act, 2010State Act of Rajasthan · Act 13 of 2010

(1) The territorial jurisdiction of the University shall, for the purpose of teaching, research and extension in the field of veterinary and animal sciences, be the whole of the State of Rajasthan.

(2) All colleges, research stations, extension centres and other institutions or units functioning under the direct control or supervision of the University, be the constituent units of the University under its complete management and control.

(3) The University may collaborate or enter into memorandum of understanding for the purpose of furthering education, research and extension in the field of veterinary and animal sciences with any governmental or non-governmental agency, society, trust, body within or outside the country, and may provide and receive funds for this purpose.
