Section 5: Insertion of new r~le 9A

The Rajasthan Urban Areas (Permission for use of Agricultural Land for Non-agricultural Purposes and Allotment) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2…State Rules of Rajasthan · 1959

After rule 9, so ~mended and before the existing rule 10 of the said rules, the followmg new rule 9 A shall be mserted, namely , .

"9 A. Fine under proviso to sub-section (5) of section 90A of the Rajastban Land Revenue Act, 1956.- The amount of fine payable under proviso to sub-section

(5) of section 90A of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 shall be such as may be notified by the State Government, from time to time."
