In preamble of theRajasthan Urban Areas (Permission for use of Agricultural Land for Non-agricultural Purposes and Allotment) Rules, 2012, hereinafter referred to as the said rules, after the existing expression “the Jodhpur Development Authority Act. 2009 (Act No. 2 of 2009),” and before the existing expression “section 60 and 74 of the Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959 (Act No. 35 of 1959)”, the expression “the Ajmer Development Authority Act, 2013(Act No. 39 of 2013) shall be inserted.
