Section 23: Tenure of lease

The Rajasthan Urban Areas (Permission for use of Agricultural land for Non Agricultural purposes and allotment) Rules, 2012State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

The lease hold rights shall be for ninety nine years. The said period may be extended by the State Govemment on such terms and conditions anti on deposit 01 such premium or urban assessment as may be specified by the State Government from time to time.
