Section 26: Compliance of restrictions imposed by Government I>epartment

The Rajasthan Urban Areas (Subdivision Reconstitution and Improvements of Plots) Rules 1975State Rules of Rajasthan · 1959

(1) If a site in respect of which any plan has been submitted to the Trust for approval, is situated within hundred feet of distance from the land which either forms part of any Government building or a part or whole of which is owned by any Government Dfepartment, the developer shall comply with such restrictions as may be imposed by the Government.

(2) The developer whose land is affected by the provisions of sub-rule (1) shall submit extra copies^ of the plan so that one copy thereof may be sent to each Government Department concerned.
