Section 68: Accounts and Audit

The Rajasthan Urban Improvement Act, 1959State Act of Rajasthan · Act 35 of 1959

(I) The Trust shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts including the balance sheet in such form as the State Government may prescribe.

(2) The accounts of the Trust shall be subject to audit annually by the Examiner of Local Fund Audit and the provisions of the Rajasthan Local Fund Audit Act. 1954 (Rajasthan Act 38 of 1954) shall apply.
