Section 21: Operation of Fund of the State Board

12The fund of the Board shall be operated by the Member Secretary of the Board or by any other officer of the Board who may be so empowered, subject to such conditions as may be laid down by the State Board.

Provided that for transactions involving a sum of Rs. 10,000/− or up wards, the power will be exercised jointly by the Chairman.
