Section 26: Fees of Report

The fees for each such report shall be such as may be notified by the State Government from time to time.

CHAPTER XI Powers & Functions of the Board

27. [Power to take Samples]15 The Board or any Officer empowered by it in this behalf shall have power to take for the purpose of analysis samples of water from any stream or well or 16sewer or on land samples of sewage or trade effluent which is passing from any plant 17or outlet from over any place into any such stream or well.
