Section 35: Minutes

The Rajasthan Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules 1975State Rules of Rajasthan · 1974

(1) Record shall be kept of the names of members who attend the meeting and of proceedings of the meeting in a book to be maintained for the purpose by the Member Secretary.

(2) The minutes of the previous meeting shall be circulated with the Agenda at the beginning of every succeeding meeting.

The Minutes shall be confirmed and signed by the Presiding Officer at such meeting.]28

(3) The proceedings shall be open to inspection by any member at the Office of the Board office hours.
