Section 14A: Compensation to be first charge on assets transferred by employer

Where an employer transfers his assets before any amount due in respect of any compensation, the liability wherefor accrued before the date ������������������������������������������ 1 Subs, by Act 30 of 1995, sec. 7, for “section 230 of the Indian Companies Act, 1913 (7 of 1913)” (w.e.f. 15-9-1995).
