Section 28: Correction of errors

Clerical or arithmetical mistakes in any order passed by any officer or authority, under this Act or error arising therein from any accidental slip or omission may at any time be correct by such officer or authority, either of his its own motion or on any application received in this behalf from any interested party: Provided that no order prejudicial to any person shall be made under this section unless such person has been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
