Section 1: Short title, application and commencement

Raw Cashewnut Grading and Marking Rules, 1980Central Rules · 1937

(1) These rules may be called the Raw Cashewnut Grading and Marking Rules, 1980

(2) They shall apply to Raw Cashew nut (Anacardium occidentale L) produced in India.

(3) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
