Section 1: Short title and commencement.

The Readjustment of Representation of Scheduled Tribes in Assembly Constituencies of the State of Goa Act, 2025Central Act · Act 21 of 2025

(1) This Act may be called the Readjustment of Representation of Scheduled Tribes in Assembly Constituencies of the State of Goa Act, 2025.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
