The Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Ordinance,1993Ordinance · 1993

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Ordinance, the Central Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette make such provisions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty: ' .

Transfer of pending cases.

Members and staff of Tribu.

nals to be public servants.

Protection of action taken in good faith.

Ordinance to have overriding effect.

Power to remove difficulties.

Provided that no such order sftall be made after the expiry of the period of three years from the date of commencement of this Ordinance.

.»,'' (2) Every order made under t6is section shall, as soon as may be lifter it is made, be laid before each Souse of Parliament.

(2) Without prejudice to the generality p | the foregoing power^^uch rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namelyt—

(a) the salaries and allowances "and other terms and conditions of service of the Presiding Officers, Recovery Officers and other officers and employees of the Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal UfiSIer sections 7, 12 ati& TZ; • - -

(b) the procedure for the investigation of misbehaviour or incapacity, of the Presiding Officers of the Tribunals and Appellate Tribunals under sub-section X3) Q£ section 15;

(c) the form in which an application m#y be made under section 19, the-decuments and other evidence by which such application shall be accompanied amd the fees payable in tespect of the filing of such application; . - • • _ .
